"I had a fantastic day judging your lovely breed. With a fabulous first entry of 79 and only 12 absent I found lots of quality and some exiting youngsters coming up through the ranks. Thank you all for your entries and to the society for inviting me to judge and also to my two stewards who were very professional yet good fun at the same time. I was quite surprised to see a few untypical heads creeping in and some with muzzles the length of a golden retrievers, also I noted one or two who pinned excessively in front. Sadly movement was pretty poor in the majority of puppies present but I judged them as I saw them on the day and not on what they could become."
