"I had been looking forward to judging this lovely breed with CCs for the first time in the UK, I certainly was not disappointed and had no trouble finding what I wanted, the quality was certainly present. How often in an entry does a judge get to put hands on two Crufts Group winners? There was a couple who could have shown better hind action and a couple with bites were not what I wanted! Having said that I was totally happy with my winners, there was a couple of classes you could have changed the first three around and it shouldn't be a problem, judging dogs is and should always be about on the day! Two excellent stewards to whom go my thanks, a large ring giving everyone the chance to show their dogs' movement to full advantage and it was very pleasing to hear the applause for every class winner."
