"Thank you to the Manchester Society for the invitation to judge Newfoundlands and to the exhibitors for a very nice entry and relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I was very impressed to see how head type had strengthened with plentiful of classic heads with clean eyes, small ears, correct stop and sound lips. Also many with correct coat and as usual also all with correct, gentle temperament. A real pleasure to see so many impressive dogs. Only drawback was still to see some low on legs and rather small in size and bone."
